How long have you been working at Dowling Corp, and what brought you to the company initially?
I have been working for Dowling for just over 6 years now. I remember applying because of its excellent reputation as a small business in the Seacoast area.
What is your favorite thing about working at Dowling Corp?
At the top of my list would absolutely be my coworkers. Both in the office and in the field, I have the privilege of working with a talented group of people who are connected and who show mutual respect for each other’s responsibilities and expertise.
When you’re not at work what can you be found doing? What makes you, you?
When not at work, I really enjoy entertaining both family and friends. I like spending time outdoors and working on projects in the yard. Yoga is a great passion of mine that I try and make time for every day.
What is something you have learned during your time here at Dowling?
To be honest, when I first started working here, I did not know much about the HVAC industry. Since then, I have come to understand and appreciate how vital our work is to the communities we live in and serve. Through our ability to repair, replace, and most importantly maintain equipment, we provide safety and comfort to all our customers. We are available 24/7 which solidifies our commitment to what we do.
